I have a lot of projects in the works - some are the beginnings of a 10+ year long process to get rolling - but I wanted to specifically talk about Photosynthesis Magazine.
Early this year I put out an open call to artists to start my own publication. Photosynthesis Magazine is a collage-only art magazine created to uplift and promote collage as an important and ever-growing medium.

The theme for our innaugural issue was "Origins". The artists were encouraged to explore the diversity and complexity of beginnings, starting anew, and rebirth. I was interested in seeing philosophical ideas about origins, as well. The selected artworks for this issue have been included on the website, along with links to the the artist's websites and instagram pages, where applicable.
